The golf course and all restaurants require collared shirts and closed-toe shoes for men. Shorts are acceptable for all functions. T-shirts and swim or summer attire are recommended for our boating excursion day. Our welcome reception is on an outdoor terrace, and our final night dinner event is located on a hard-packed beach, therefore, t-shirts, flip flops and shorts are acceptable.

- Dress Code: Casual (dinner on the beach). Shorts, flip flops and t-shirts are acceptable

FRIDAY
ARRIVAL
• Arrival at Miami International Airport via first-class flights.
• Indiana Farmers Travel Staff will greet you at the airport, where you will be assisted with your luggage and escorted to awaiting private transportation.
• Transfers for all guests to the Ocean Reef Club are included. Transfer time is approximately 1.5 hours from Miami International Airport.
CHECK IN
• All guests will check in at a private hospitality desk located in the lobby and staffed by travel directors and local guides.
• Guests will be provided welcome packets, welcome letter, room keys, activity confirmations and local information.
• All Program Gratuities Included.
• Remainder of the Afternoon at leisure.
EVENING
• Welcome dinner for attendees and guests
- Shorts are acceptable. No ripped jeans. Collar suggested for men
